Insurance Coverage

In order to provide a personalized and high level of care, Movement Balance & Sports Performance is an out-of-network provider with all health insurance plans. We are not a factory and you are not just another number going through our system. You deserve the attention and quality care you expect.

Many insurance plans provide benefits for physical therapy services provided by out-of-network providers. If your coverage is a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization), POS (Point of Service) or an HMO plan that allows you to go out-of-network, you should have some benefits to cover services provided.

Your particular out-of-network insurance benefits can be determined by either reading your policy or contacting your insurance company's benefits office. 

We can provide necessary paperwork for you to claim any out-of-network benefits that you may have to be reimbursed.

Payment

We require full payment when services are rendered. We offer multiple payment options, including personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept HSA and FSA cards with a major credit card logo.
